Children receive unlimited group classes and a 1/2 hr private lesson each week. Private lessons are one-on-one or with a partner to ensure they are properly educated in the USSD martial arts program and character development.  The private lesson is very educational for parents as well, so we encourage you to view the lesson.  Our instructors enjoy your feedback as they will be collaborating with you each week regarding any challenges or successes your child has had in the previous week at home or school.  In the same manner we will let you know how your child is growing each and every week here at the studio. This is the best way we can get to know your child's character and help them grow. 

Child Safety:
Who's a stranger, getting permission, harm alarm the buddy system.

Focus words or phrases such as:
Never quit, never give up because..."All things are possible"
Self-control all the time and all the time, self-control and... I am strong.
